Lisa Nielsen

Originally from Wheeling, WV, Lisa grew up with a contagious personality and desire to help friends and clients alike achieve their goals. Through her determination and drive Lisa built one of the most successful careers within a packaging sales company they have had. During her time living in Erie, PA, Lisa and her husband Doug visited many areas of Western New York and fell in love with Peek’n Peak Resort. They ultimately purchased a home at the resort and have recently moved to a larger unit on the slopes. Lisa brings her skillset to real estate with the same vigor and drive she pursued her previous career with. With years of real estate experience and millions of dollars sold, she is able to connect to those she works with on a human level giving real-world experience whether it is advising on an investment property or a luxury vacation home. With many accolades under her belt, Lisa prides herself in offering the best in service to those that work with her.

In her free time, Lisa volunteers with a Yorkie rescue providing foster care and assisting in the adoption process. In addition to her charity work, she collects unique sculpture art, enjoys traveling, skiing, and paddle boarding. Lisa resides with her husband at their home at Peek’n Peak and enjoys spending time at their home in West Virginia as well.

Matthew Wroda

Originally from Western Ohio, Matthew found Chautauqua County like most Ohioans do, on a family vacation! After spending the next few years vacationing on Chautauqua Lake, Matthew knew this would be home for the long-term.

Before calling Chautauqua County home, Matthew attended college at Ball State University in Indiana, After achieving his Bachelor’s in Marketing and Communications where he simultaneously obtained his New York real estate license in 2013, Matthew’s next stop was lakeside Ashville, NY. Quickly, Matthew became one of the leading real estate agents in the county and was awarded Realtor of the Year within his first year of being licensed. Among other awards, Matthew has been recognized as Howard Hanna’s “Rising Star”, Chautauqua-Cattaraugus County Board of Realtors Diamond Award, a consistent multi-million dollar producer, as well as being recognized as one of the top 5% of real estate agents in the country. In 2014 Matthew was offered an opportunity to take his skillset to New York City selling at a prestigious luxury boutique real estate firm. During his time in Manhattan, Matthew continued to sell many vacation homes and condos in Chautauqua County while retaining his clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Having sold real estate successfully in both locations for many years, Matthew made the move back to Chautauqua County to further expand his family’s auction house as well as his real estate business.

Given his innate understanding of the luxury and vacation buyer / seller as well as his charismatic personality, Matthew has forged a lasting relationships with his clients based on trust, communication and know-how that lasts for many years.

Matthew currently resides in a loft in downtown Westfield, New York with his Yorkie, Sophie, and enjoys traveling the world, antiquing, throwing pottery and most of all working with charities to rescue dogs from around the world.
